The pure joy and anticipatation for our first child has kept me from putting any focus to this blog. I've been putting all my spare time and energy into caring for my now 7 month pregnant wife. We are both thrilled and excited to see our family grow.
This past weekend I decided to follow the Crossfit Games from home. I really haven't even been working out as much, so it felt great to throw up some heavy weights. My total time was 7 minutes 48 seconds.
